CS Surveying fees are:
EPC Flat fee £55
EPC & LRA Combined Fee - £90
EPC & PAT Test combined Fee - £80
EPC, LRA, P.A.T - combined fee £110.
I offer a fast, efficient and professional service that you can rely on. The low fees offer best value to the client with a 1st class service every time. I cover Edinburgh & the Lothians and only a small increase may apply to cover fuel if travelling further afield.
